Collaborations

Fundraising - Partnerships - Collaborations

These are the channels by which United Way of Dutchess County develops resources to fund the various programs in our community. Our diversified campaign efforts, and numerous partnerships with other non-profit and government organizations, account for a large portion of these developed resources.

Our collaborations are the third area that helps to complete this resource development effort. Currently we have three collaborative efforts taking place in Dutchess County:

Born Learning Partnership:
A collaboration with Astor Home for Children, Vassar Brothers Medical Center and Children's Medical Group to support early childhood development.

Earned Income Tax Credit:
A collaboration with Hudson Valley CASH Coalition, Bank of America and North East Community Center to increase the number of individuals and families filing for the EITC credit
.

Holiday Helping Hand:
A partnership with the Poughkeepsie Journal to provide holiday gifts and assistance to those in need.
