This committee ensures that the organization follows sound financial practices and complies with all financial reporting requirements. The committee oversees all matters related to the financial condition of the corporation, conducts an annual audit of the corporation's books and accounts, and complies with all financial requirements including applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

Planning Committee
The mission of the Planning Committee is to serve as the main strategic planning body for United Way of Dutchess County. This Committee will develop comprehensive strategic plans that direct the efforts of the organization, staff and volunteers. It is further responsible for making recommendations to the Board regarding the creation and revision of the policies that govern the business of United Way.
