Donate to recovery efforts in Haiti

The major 7.0 magnitude earthquake that hit Haiti on January 12 has destroyed as much as 70 percent of the buildings in and around the capital of Port-au-Prince, with debris filling the roads making emergency response difficult. Numerous strong aftershocks have followed. The Prime Minister reported on January 13 that hundreds of thousands of lives may have been lost.

It is the most powerful quake to hit the impoverished country in more than 200 years and many, many people are in need of assistance.
