Loaned Executive Program

United Way offers your employees growth and development opportunities.

Our Loaned Executive program can give your high-potential employees exceptional experience in business planning, project management, customer relationship management, public speaking and sales presentations. Several United Way Board and Committee members are former Loaned Executives who will be happy to explain the benefits to you.

A "WIN-WIN" OPPORTUNITY

Employers

This program provides a comprehensive leadership development opportunity for an employee or two, without incurring additional training costs. These leaders will also be representing your company throughout Dutchess County. They will return to you with enhanced communication skills, time management proficiencies and greater enlightenment on local community issues. We ask that you maintain their compensation and benefits, as well as reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses, during the 12-week time period they report to United Way on this assignment.
